The accommodation
The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite, the other with a bathtub, a large, open-plan kitchen and a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace. With the exception of two (avoidable) steps, the accommodation is at ground level and therefore perfectly suitable for both very young and older people. The entire property was completely renovated in 2017 and all installations and electrical appliances were renewed. The 1000m² plot is completely fenced, private and secluded. The house is surrounded by a terrace with covered and open seating areas, right next to a brick-built outdoor barbecue.
The tasteful and stylish furnishings alone set our accommodation apart from other run-of-the-mill holiday properties with pragmatic furnishings, which is no bad thing. Here you will find high-quality furniture, coordinated textiles, exquisite crockery and cutlery, special decorative objects and unusual art on the walls. Arrive – and immediately feel at home.
In the garden you will find spacious lawns, flower and herb beds and fruit trees – depending on the season, you can pick grapes, figs, nisperos, apricots, apples or nectarines. The curved pool is the ideal place to cool off on hot summer days with a 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. And for those who love swimming, there is a counter-current system.
Access for guests
The main house is yours, and you are of course free to let off steam in the garden and pool. If the flat is rented out, you would share the outdoor areas with other guests.
